More Than Just An Internship

At Women Of Will, our internship programme is designed to go beyond routine administrative tasks and observational learning. We provide interns with meaningful real-world exposure within a fast-paced, community-based organisation working directly with underserved communities across Malaysia.

As part of a structured internship experience, interns are given opportunities to contribute to actual projects, engage with communities and partners, and gain first-hand exposure to how social impact initiatives are designed, managed, and implemented within a professional NGO environment.

Whether your interests are in community development, partnerships, communications, operations, research, programme management, or social impact, we believe in creating a learning experience that is immersive, purposeful, and growth-oriented.
