Women Of Will (WOW) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. In line with this commitment, this Whistleblower Policy aims to provide a framework for employees and members of the organization and external parties to raise concerns about potential wrongdoings within WOW, without fear of retaliation.

The main objectives of this policy are to:
Encourage the reporting of potential ethical breaches.
Protect those who come forward to report such breaches.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of reported concerns.

This policy applies to all WOW employees, members, volunteers, partners, stakeholders, contractors, and associates.

4.1. Individuals who have concerns about potential wrongdoings, unethical behavior, or any form of misconduct are encouraged to report the matter. This can be to their supervisor, senior staff members, or any Exco members.
4.2. All reports should be made in good faith and should contain as much detail as possible to facilitate an effective investigation.

5.1. Confidentiality: The identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential unless the whistleblower consents to disclose their identity or disclosure is required by law.
5.2. Non-Retaliation: WOW ensures that whistleblowers will not face any form of retaliation or victimization for raising concerns in good faith. Any form of retaliation will be treated as a serious violation of this policy.

6.2. The findings of the investigation will be documented, and corrective actions will be taken as necessary.
