Our story
Founded in 2016, Women of Will was built on the belief that sustainable change begins with empowering women facing economic hardship.
What started as a structured micro-credit and entrepreneurship initiative has grown into a community-based development model that supports women in building sustainable businesses, strengthening their confidence, and stepping into leadership roles.
As women gain independence and stability, entire families and communities grow stronger alongside them.

Behind every phase, WOW plays a connecting role — bringing together partners, funders, and trainers to support women at every stage of their journey.
This ensures empowerment is continuous, scalable, and sustained through collaboration.
Credentials
Social Impact Exchange Listing
WOW was listed on the Social Impact Exchange, set up by Agensi Inovasi Malaysia, a government statutory body. High performing SPOs are selected for listing and subjected to AIM quantifying and measuring the Social Impact of their work. These SPOs are also qualified as high performing on the basis of being able to tackle a social problem with 1.5 times or more of cost savings for similar government interventions.
