OUR JOURNEY

WOMEN EMPOWERED

COMMUNITY LEADERS

COMMUNITIES REACHED

Doing Things Differently

We are more than an NGO. As a HACT-accredited backbone organisation, we drive long-term, sustainable impact through a community-based approach.

Before launching any programme, we spend months on the ground understanding real needs. From there, we co-create solutions that empower women, develop leaders, and strengthen entire communities.

Empowering women to transform their lives and create self-sustainable communities

"Empowering Women, Empowering Communities"

Women Of Will [WOW] supports women living in low-income communities by improving their home-based businesses through training, coaching and business capital. We then develop these women as leaders so that they may play an active role in empowering their communities.

Our Projects

“Teaching women how to fish, rather than giving them fish”

Borrowing from a Chinese proverb, Women Of Will empowers women to initiate and sustain their own small businesses, rather than providing handouts. The women are given financial assistance of RM2000 to help them initiate small business ventures and attain an independent livelihood income. The amount is repaid on a weekly basis, interest-free.

“Educate a woman & you educate a family”

Our programmes are aimed to empower women by providing them with Entrepreneurship and Vocational skills training whilst supporting them with Business Coaching.
