Empowering Women, Empowering Communities
Empowering Women, Empowering Communities
Our Story
Women Of Will is a HACT-assured backbone organisation that empowers women from low-income communities to build sustainable livelihoods, strengthen their wellbeing, and become leaders within their communities. Through a community-based approach, we work alongside women and communities to co-design solutions that reflect the realities, strengths, and aspirations of their communities. Our programmes combine entrepreneurship development, personalised coaching, business capital support, wellbeing, and leadership development to create sustainable change from within the community itself. We believe in a simple philosophy: When you empower women, you empower communities.
Our Impact in Action
Building sustainable livelihoods through entrepreneurship, wellbeing and community leadership

We nurture not only sustainable livelihoods, but also women leaders who continue strengthening their communities from within.
-
Using a community-based approach, Women Of Will has worked alongside underserved communities across Malaysia to build stronger local ecosystems, reaching more than 21,000 community members through entrepreneurship, leadership, wellbeing, and community empowerment initiatives.
